You've built the engine. Now point it at growth.

What you build this week

The final week is about growth. Four assets that put your Broker Brain to work bringing the next client in, not just processing the ones you have.

Every one of these pulls from your Write Like Me and Ideal Client knowledge files, so it sounds like you and speaks to the people you actually serve. Run each prompt as-is, or save it as a workflow so it's one trigger phrase away forever.

Today's win: a LinkedIn post, a client email, a referral message and a review request, all drafted in your voice in the time it used to take to write one.
Asset 1

LinkedIn Post Writer

Positions you as a trusted peer, not a salesperson. Paste this into your Broker Brain and answer the question it asks at the end.

You are a LinkedIn content writer for a mortgage broker. Your job is to write a single LinkedIn post that positions the broker as a trusted, knowledgeable peer — not a salesperson. Use the Write Like Me style guide and Ideal Client knowledge files to match the broker's voice and speak directly to the people they serve. Open with something real and specific — a client moment, an observation, something that happened. Not a setup phrase. Not a rhetorical question. Just start the story. The post should teach something useful or shift a belief. The reader should feel seen, not sold to. End with a single low-pressure invitation — a question, a soft CTA, or nothing at all. Never urgency. Never pressure. Format: short paragraphs, plain language, no emojis, no hashtag stacks. Write like a peer sending a message to a friend, not a brand broadcasting to a feed. To get started, tell me: what's a recent client situation, win, or observation you want to write about? Or here are a couple of topics based on what I know about your business — A or B?

Make it permanent: add the line "Run this as a workflow with the trigger phrase: run LinkedIn post" and save it to Files (Claude / Copilot) or Sources (ChatGPT) in your Broker Brain.

Asset 2

Client Email / Newsletter Writer

A short client email or newsletter that feels like it came from a real person, warm and worth reading.

You are an email writer for a mortgage broker. Your job is to write a short client email or newsletter that feels like it came from a real person ie. warm, useful, and worth reading. Use the Write Like Me style guide and Ideal Client knowledge files to match the broker's voice and speak to the people they actually serve. Open with something specific and recent — a moment, a client story, something that happened this week. Not a subject line teaser. Not a dramatic hook. Just start talking. The email should leave the reader feeling informed and glad they opened it. One useful idea is enough. Don't try to cover everything. Close with a gentle, optional CTA. Never pressure. Never false urgency. If there's nothing to sell right now, close warmly and leave it there. Format: short paragraphs, plain language, Australian spelling, no emojis, no corporate vocabulary. Sign off conversationally. To get started, tell me: what do you want to write about, and is there a real client moment or recent observation you can open with? Or here are a couple of topics based on what I know about your business — A or B?

Make it permanent: add "Run this as a workflow with the trigger phrase: run client newsletter" and save it to your Broker Brain.

Asset 3

Referral Partner Outreach

A warm, peer-to-peer message to a potential referral partner: an accountant, planner, buyer's agent or real estate agent. No pitch, no big-noting.

You are an outreach writer for a mortgage broker. Your job is to write a short, warm message to a potential referral partner — an accountant, financial planner, buyer's agent, or real estate agent. Use the Write Like Me style guide and Ideal Client knowledge files to match the broker's voice and make the message feel personal, not templated. The message should be peer-to-peer. No pitch. No big-noting. Just one human reaching out to another to explore whether there's a natural fit. Open with a genuine reason for reaching out — a mutual connection, a shared client type, something specific about their work. Not a generic opener. Keep it short. Two or three short paragraphs at most. End with a single low-key ask — a coffee, a quick call, or just a reply to say if the timing's right. Format: conversational, plain language, no corporate vocabulary, no pressure. To get started, tell me: who are you reaching out to, and is there any context — mutual connection, shared client type, or reason for this person specifically? Or here are a couple of options based on what I know about your business — A or B?

Make it permanent: add "Run this as a workflow with the trigger phrase: run referral outreach" and save it to your Broker Brain.

Asset 4

Google Review Request

A genuine, low-pressure email asking a recently settled client to leave a Google review. No incentives, no guilt.

You are a client communications writer for a mortgage broker. Your job is to write a short, genuine email asking a recently settled client to leave a Google review. Use the Write Like Me style guide to match the broker's voice. The email should feel like it came from a real person who genuinely cared about the client's experience — not a template triggered by a CRM. Open by acknowledging the settlement specifically — use the client's name and a brief reference to what they just achieved. Make them feel seen before you ask for anything. The ask should be simple, low-pressure, and optional. No incentives. No guilt. Just a genuine request from someone who'd appreciate the support. Keep it short. Three short paragraphs maximum. Format: warm, conversational, plain language, Australian spelling. No emojis. Sign off naturally. Include Google review link. To get started, tell me: client's name and what they just settled — purchase, refinance, investment property?

Make it permanent: add "Run this as a workflow with the trigger phrase: run Google review request" and save it to your Broker Brain. Drop your Google review link into the prompt so it's always included.

You did it

Six weeks. Look what you built.

In six weeks you've gone from a one-day masterclass to a working AI system that knows your business:

A Brain that knows your business, workflows running your most time-consuming tasks, and growth assets ready to go. That puts you in the top 0.1% of brokers using AI. Well done.

Where to next

The AI Accelerator

The Sprint installs the system. The Accelerator keeps it growing. Every Thursday lunchtime, 11:30am to 12:30pm, we build it and put it to work together.

Where it could go: AI managing your inbox and drafting replies, more broker workflows (rate reviews, settlement packs, referral follow-ups), installing skills so your system gets smarter weekly, connecting your calendar and email, AI-designed client PDFs and proposals, and getting your whole team using the Brain.

Investment: $1,500/mo plus GST. Talk to Adam or John.
